Peacefully at the Provincial Palliative Center on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 of David Joseph McKenna of Charlottetown and formerly of Newton, P.E.I., aged 70 years. Son of the late Emmett and Mary (Murtagh) McKenna. Survived by brothers, George (Karen) of Lower Sackville, N.S; Robert (Joy) of Newton, P.E.I., and Raymond of Miscouche, P.E.I; nieces and nephew; grand-nieces and nephews; and by his aunt, Muriel Murtagh of Charlottetown. Predeceased by his parents and sister Mary, in infancy. No visitation by personal request. Funeral Mass on Friday, October 20th at St. Malachy’s Church, Kinkora at 10:30 a.m. Internment in the family plot. Memorials to St. Malachy’s Cemetery fund or a charity of your choice.
