Earith Grace PETERSEN — Summerside

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved aunt, grandmother and friend, Earith Grace Petersen, on Saturday, September 30, 2023. Earith passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones. Earith touched the hearts of everyone that crossed her path. Daughter of the late Alonzo and Grace (Campbell) Holmes. She was the last surviving member of her family. Predeceased by her husband, Robert Petersen; loving son, Garth Petersen; sisters, Freida Murphy, Vivian Holmes, Jean Holmes, Marion (Bill) Henderson; brother, Eric (Doris) Holmes; nephews, Donald Holmes, Frederick Henderson, Rick Murphy; special niece; Marsha Henderson; and by her very special partner, Ellsworth R. MacNeil. She leaves to mourn her passing, her beloved grandson, Lars B. Petersen Parént (Shelly); great-granddaughter, Jayme; loving niece, Wendy Murphy; and many other nephews, nieces, and special friends. Resting at Moase Funeral Home, Summerside. No visiting hours or funeral service by request. By personal request, a graveside committal service, for close family and friends only, will be held at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Valley, at a later date. Memorial donations to the Prince County Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated. Special thank you to the nurses who took exceptional care of our beloved Earith. They went above and beyond to be with her and her family.
