Peacefully and surrounded by her family in Beach Grove Home, Charlottetown on Thursday, October 26, 2023, the death occurred of Mary Marjorie “Marge” “Jitty” Gallagher (MacDonald) of Lower Malpeque Road, age 83 years. Beloved wife of Lindsay Gallagher. Loving mother of Leslie Warren (Paul) and Chrissy Campbell (Mark). Cherished grandmother of Alex, Sydney, Malcolm and Rachael. Marge will be missed by her brother, Frank (Betty Ann); sister-in-law of Forbie Kennedy. Marge is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by her parents, John Francis and Zita (Arsenault) MacDonald; and also by her siblings, Phyllis Hassall (Ray), Louis MacDonald (Joyce) and Marie Kennedy. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home from where a funeral service will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 31. By request, no visiting hours will be held.
