The death occurred at his late residence on Monday, October 2, 2023 of Rick Wedge of Charlottetown, age 57 years. Beloved husband of Lucille Doucette-Wedge. Survived by his son Chandler (Tyra Rice) Wedge and his mother Ann Wedge. Also survived by stepsons Corey Long and Adam Doucette; stepdaughter Alyshia Doucette; grandson Edward Wedge; step grandchildren Carter, Owen and Marissa; his parents Phyllis (nee Perry) Wedge and the late Aubrey Wedge; sister, Dale (Ebbie) MacInnis; brothers Dennis-dec. (Carolyn-Wicki-Doucette) Wedge, Michael (Rose-dec.) Wedge, Randy (Rhonda) Wedge. Many nieces and nephews and a special friend Lynn Burke-Davis (Gary-dec.). Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Friday, October 6th, then transferred to St. Pius X Church for Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown.
