Peacefully, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 of Romeo Joseph Poirier of Mount Mellick, PE, age 79 years. Beloved husband of Gail Poirier. Loving father of Richard (Yulia), Jean-Paul (Nicole), Danny (Samia Fadel), Marcel (Kathleen Caya), Arlene Curley (Don Brehault), and Stephan Curley (Angela). Always a proud “Grandpa” to his many grandchildren. He will also be lovingly remembered by his siblings; Yvonne, Jaddus, Gorgette, Jeanette, Gilbert, Howard and Maurice. Romeo was predeceased by his parents; Romeo Sr. and Julienne Poirier and siblings; Emille, Ralph, Marie and Paul. Funeral services will be held in Bathurst, NB at a later date.
