The death occurred peacefully at Beach Grove Home on Saturday, September 30, 2023 of Thomas “Tom” Edward Ramsay of Charlottetown, formerly of Milton, age 92 years. Beloved husband of the late Hazel Ramsay (Waite). Loving father of Betty (Philip) Frizzell and Bill (Velma) Ramsay, grandfather of Michael and Vicki (Bassem) Frizzell, Rhyan (Ashley), Craig (Jennifer) and Amanda Ramsay (Brett) and great-grandfather of Brady, Connor, Jaxon, Alex, Cameron, Lucas, Ethan, Gracie, Brenda, Ava, Lilah and Rhylee. Predeceased by his parents Charles and Stella (Alchorn) Ramsay, siblings Elizabeth, Anne, Mabel, Minerva, Dave, Fred, Orville and Lila.
