eacefully with family by her side, the passing of Dora Eloise MacKenzie (Munro), age 94 of Belfast, devoted wife of the late Hanford MacKenzie, occurred on Sunday, November 26, 2023, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Born in Summerville, NS, May 8, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Coleman and Olive (Tree) Munro. Survived by children Barbara Pauley, Danny (Elda) MacKenzie; grandchildren Randall, Heather, Melissa, Lori, Andrew, Amy, Tara, Jeffery; 16 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Predeceased by son David MacKenzie; son-in-law Cecil Pauley; 4 brothers, and 10 sisters. Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home, with visiting on Wednesday, November 29th, from 4-7 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 30th, in the Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. with interment to follow in the Belfast Cemetery.
