Peacefully at the PEI Palliative Care Centre after a brief illness on Saturday October 28, 2023 of Herbert Moore of Cavendish. Born January 8, 1933 in Bayview P.E.I to the late Alfred and Annie Laura Moore. Survived by his wife of 68 years Myrna (Cousins). Sons Richard (Kathy) and Roger. Grandchildren Sarah (Lorne Bonnell), Emily (Kevin Henderson) and David (Hannah Worth). Great Grandchildren Jake and Lily Henderson and Bo Bonnell. Sisters Ethel Scott and Jennie Macneill. Predeceased by his sisters Margaret Skinner and Bessie Stewart. Brother-in-law Al Skinner, Hector Scott, John Macneill and George Stewart. Niece Barb Barlow. Herb was a lifetime farmer and active member of the Cavendish community. The family would like to thank Dr. Omoran, Queens County Homecare and all the staff at the P.E.I Provincial Palliative Care Centre for all their kindness, caring and compassion.
