The death occurred peacefully at her late residence on Sunday, November 12, 2023, of Irene B. O’Leary (Harper) of Charlottetown, age 84 years. Loving wife of 63 years to Tom O’Leary, mother of Susan (Gar) Moffatt, Colin (Crystal) and Kirk, grandmother of Taylor and Liam Moffatt and Sarah, Brooke and Luke O’Leary. Survived by siblings Stephen (Debbie), Cyril (Glenna) and Ian (Betty) Harper. Irene was a dedicated volunteer for over three decades at Lilibet’s in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel from where a private service will be held on Wednesday. Interment in Sherwood Cemetery.
