The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, October 30, 2023, of William V. "Bill" Acorn of Charlottetown, age 87. Beloved husband of the late Arlene (Moore) Acorn. Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Brother-in-law of Evelyn Acorn, Shirley Acorn and Hilda Simpson. Predeceased by his parents, Everett and Sadie (Smith) Acorn, brothers, Lorne (Eva), Arthur, Matthew (Georgina), Edward and Kimball. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Friday from Spring Park United Church at 11 a.m. Interment in Sherwood Cemetery.
