Peacefully in Garden Home on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, of Genevieve "Jenny" FitzPatrick (Carmichael) of Charlottetown, formerly of Tracadie Cross age 80 years. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth FitzPatrick. Dear mother of Mary Anne FitzPatrick, Kevin FitzPatrick and David FitzPatrick (Shizuka). Loving and proud Nana to Nadia and Evan FitzPatrick. Jenny is also lovingly remembered by her brothers and sisters, Danny Carmichael, Margie Carmichael Scotto, Noreen Brooker (John), Leona Moher (Sam), John Carmichael,; sisters-in-law, Patricia FitzPatrick, Marg FitzPatrick, Patsy Carmichael, Margaret FitzPatrick, Ada MacDonald; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Mary and John Carmichael; sisters, Hilda, Julie; brothers, Duncan and Urban; brothers and sisters-in-law, Mary (Gordon) Watts, John B. FitzPatrick, Billy FitzPatrick, Ann Furlotte, Charlotte FitzPatrick, Maurice FitzPatrick and Mike Scotto. Resting in Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home for visiting hours on Wednesday, December 27th from 4-7 p.m. The funeral will be held on Thursday, December 28th with Funeral Mass from St. Bonaventure Church, Tracadie Cross at 10:30 a.m. Interment in St. Bonaventure Parish Cemetery.
