Helen Elizabeth HILL — Charlottetown/Cavendish

The death occurred peacefully at the Garden Home in Charlottetown of Helen Elizabeth Hill (nee Green), formerly of Cavendish, age 98 on December 8, 2023. Predeceased by her husband, Vernon, of 59 years; brother-in-law, Byron (Bea) Hill; her only sister, Una (Eric) Simpson (nee Green); and parents, Milton and Mae green. Survived by brother-in-law, Don Hill (Linda) of Texas; close friend and cousin, Louise Gillis; and many loved nieces, nephews, and cousins. After long, happy, and successful careers in Ontario, Helen and Vern returned to PEI to enjoy their well-deserved retirements. On behalf of the family, we wish to thank the staff of corridor one of the Garden Home for their exceptional care and kindness to our aunt Helen. Also, to Helens dear friend Susan Lund for her many wonderful visits over the years, which Helen loved and appreciated. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home. No visitation by personal request.
