Stuart and Frances K. (Dingwell) Carruthers. Husband of Elva (Bernard) Carruthers. Father of Michael Carruthers (Carrie Lavers), Janet (Derwin) Clow, and Brian Carruthers. Grandfather of Evan Clow, Brayden, Keira and Leah Carruthers and Jayna and Bria Carruthers. Brother of Joan (Donald) Adams, Donna (Allan) Bernard, Marilyn (Percy) Affleck, and Linda MacIntyre. Brother-in-law of Alice (Ross) Reeves and Keith (Carol) Bernard. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father-in-law and mother-in-law Harold and Miriam (MacKay) Bernard; brothers-in-law Harold Evans and Walter MacIntyre; and his nephew Winston Evans.
