Peacefully in Kings County Memorial Hospital, Montague on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, the death occurred of Shirley Josephene Clow (Acorn) of Stratford and formerly of Cherry Valley, age 80 years. Beloved wife of Elmer. Shirley will be missed by her aunt, Irene Masters. Predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Marion (Masters) Acorn; and by her uncle, Reg Masters. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home from where visiting hours will be held on Friday, December 22, from 4-6 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated from St. Joachim’s Church, Vernon River on Saturday at 10:30 am.
