Peacefully at the Prince Edward Home on Thursday, January 25 of Grace Elizabeth “Betty” Richard (Powrie) of Charlottetown, age 78 years. Beloved wife of Art Richard and dear mother of Nora (Scott) Gregory, Cliff (Coralie) Richard and Diane (Stephen) Allen. She is also survived by 8 loving grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; sisters Marion (Tom-dec.) Downes and Elaine Powrie. She was predeceased by her parents Alex and Grace (Millar) Powrie. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home where the funeral service will be held on Monday, January 29, 2024 in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. Interment later in the People’s Cemetery, Charlottetown.
