Gillis Memorial Lodge, Eldon, the passing of Grant William Dixon age 75, loving husband of 50 years to Debbie (Dewar) Dixon, occurred on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 with family by his side. Born in Montague, June 26, 1948, son of the late Everett and Sadie (Carver) Dixon. Survived by daughters, Michelle (Jon) Dixon-Welch, Jennifer Dixon, Sarah (Travis) Dixon-MacLean; grandchildren, Taylor, Hannah; brothers, Barry (Edith) Dixon, Mackie (Holly) Dixon, Robert (Karen) Dixon; brothers-in-law, Doug (Irene) Dewar, Steve (Barb) Dewar; sisters-in-law, Nancy Brothers, Brenda (Charlie) Fay; numerous nieces, and nephews. Predeceased by mother and father-in-law, Peggy and Stewart Dewar; brother-in-law, Bob Brothers; sister-in-law, Marlene Creed-Dewar; and niece, Kelcie Dixon. Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Tuesday, January 16th from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral Service to take place on Wednesday, January 17th at 2p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel.
