At the Prince County Hospital Summerside on Monday January 1, 2024, of J. Roger Cole of Fountain Road, aged 72 years. Born in Summerside, November 27, 1951, son of the late James and Merle (Crozier) Cole. Husband of Linda (Howard) Cole. Father of Stacey (Jamie) Clark, Melanie (Mike) Noonan, Courtney (Michael) Sims. Grandfather of MacKenzie and Linkin Sims and Quynn and Connor Clark. Brother of Lawrence (Brenda) Cole, and Lisa (Alan) Brennan. Son-in-law of Vera Howard Dekker. Brother-in-law of Faye Gillis and David (Sandra) Howard. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father-in-law, Ralph Howard; step-father-in-law, John Dekker and brother-in-law, Linus Gillis. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington, no visitation by personal request. A private funeral will be held in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel. Interment later in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Valley.
