Peacefully with her daughter, Darlene, by her side at the Colville Manor on Friday, December 29, 2023, the death occurred of Lorraine Theresa MacKenzie (nee Richard). She was aged 76 years of Souris and formerly Tignish, PE. She leaves behind her beloved husband, Bernie MacKenzie and will be forever loved and missed by their children, Darlene (Leon), Marlene (Brad), Charlene (Alyre), Starlene (Darren), and Bernie (Hannah). Lorraine is also survived by her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, along with special grandson Christopher; and granddaughter, Paige. Predeceased by her parents, Henry and Eliza Richard, of Tignish, PE. The family would like to acknowledge the care and support shown to Lorraine during her time at the Colville Manor. The compassion shown to her by the entire nursing team will always be remembered. By personal request, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
