It is with heavy hearts and an appreciation for a life well lived that the family of “Betty” Thistle (Fall) announces her passing which occurred at the Atlantic Baptist Nursing Home on Sunday, February 25, 2024, at the age of 89 years. Betty was born on February 14, 1935, to Lester and Winnifred (Mahar) Fall. Betty was predeceased by her beloved husband of 63 years, Mark Thistle. She will be fondly remembered by her children, Linda (Kevin) McKenna, Lisa (Jeff) McNamee. She was the dear grandmother of Hunter McNamee (Veronica), Tanner McNamee, Nolan McKenna, and Caitlin McKenna, and great-grandmother of Marlee McNamee. She is survived by her brother, Lester Fall (Mary). Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home where visitation will take place on Saturday March 2nd from 10-11 a.m. Funeral service to be held at the Belvedere Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday March 2nd at 11 a.m. Reception to follow the service in the Belvedere Funeral Home Reception Center.
