Peacefully at the Souris Hospital on Friday, February 23, 2024, Carolyn Trenholme (nee Wright) passed away with her loving friends and family by her side. Born on April 24, 1942, she was in her 82nd of Collingwood, Ontario, PE. She is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years Billy, and will be lovingly remembered by their children, Kathy Luckey, and Gordon Trenholme. Carolyn will also be deeply missed by her grandchildren, Chandler and Brent. In addition, she leaves behind her siblings, Richard, David and Paul Wright and Sue Butterly (Keith). Predeceased by her parents, Frank and Betty Wright. Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home where there will be no visitation or funeral service by personal request. A graveside service for family will take place at a later date in the Bayfield Cemetery in Cape Tormentine, New Brunswick. A celebration of life will take place at the Souris Legion on Friday, March 1, at 1 p.m. If so desired, donations in memory of Carolyn can be made to the Eastern Kings Health Foundation (Colville Manor).
