We are saddened by the passing of Constance “Connie” Kay Spence (Sabourin), of Greenvale, which occurred peacefully, with family by her side at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre, Charlottetown, on Thursday, February 15, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Honeywell and Catherine Spence (Waye). Connie was the loving mother Lindsey MacMillan (Kyle MacMillan), Stacey DesChamps (Seb DesChamps) and Rebecca Sabourin (Phil Lamarche); and beloved grandmother of Olivier DesChamps and William MacMillan. She is also survived by her sister, Joan Bernard (Jimmy, deceased). She will be sadly missed by all that knew her. Resting at Central Queen’s Funeral Home, New Glasgow. The funeral will be held on Monday, February 19, at 2 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment at a later date in Wheatley River Cemetery.
