Our loving Mom, Nanny, Great-Nan passed peacefully on Friday, February 16 in Prince County Hospital, Summerside, PEI, after a courageous battle with cancer. Mom (and Dad) raised four children: Beverly, Anita, Carter and Daniel, were proud to welcome four grandchildren; Sarah, Bradley, Madaline and William; as well as four great-grandchildren, Georgia, Clayton, Henry and Cole. Mom enjoyed babies and when her youngest started school, began babysitting others so there were always babies in the home. Debra also enjoyed baking, crochet, knitting, reading, a good ceilidh, gardening, travel and her church families – St. Mathias Church of England, Halifax, NS, to Bedford United Baptist Church, Bedford, NS, to Tryon Baptist to North Tryon Presbyterian, Tryon, PEI.
