The death occurred at her late residence, on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, of Josephine “Jo” Hedden, of Summerside, age 88. Born in Primrose, she was the daughter of the late Neil and Mary (Gardiner) MacDonald. Lovingly remembered by her children, David (Sheralee) Hedden, Neil (Amanda) Hedden, Blair (Linnea) Hedden, and Lisa Hedden (Tim Richard); grandchildren, Carly, Rebecca, Maggie, Tyler, Alex, Cole, and Lily; great-grandchildren, Sadie, Avery, Feryn, Fallon, and Charlie; brother, Wallace MacDonald; and by her sister, Ann Gallant. Jo’s fur baby Pebbles will miss her. Predeceased by her husband, Bill Hedden; brothers, John, Alfred, and Irving MacDonald; and by her sisters, Freda Collins and Jean Poulin.
