It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Kimberly Ellen MacDonald, age 52, of Charlottetown, and formerly of Little Pond, on Wednesday, February 21, 2024. Kim was surrounded by her loving family at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre. Kim will be forever loved by her mother Ellie MacDonald and deeply missed by her siblings Wendy (Bernard) Gillis, Dolores (Kevin) Campbell, Paul (Beth), Joan (Carl) Chapman, Verna, and Janine (Bobby) Nielsen. She was a proud aunt of 18 nieces and nephews, and 5 great nieces who will remember her with love. Predeceased by her father Arthur J. MacDonald. Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home where visiting hours will take place on Sunday, February 25, 2024, from 3-5pm. A funeral Mass will be held at the St. Francis De Sales Roman Catholic Church in Little Pond, on Monday, February 26, 2024, at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. If so desired, memorial donations can be made to the Provincial Palliative Care Centre or the Canadian Cancer Society and are appreciated by the family.
