At the Riverview Manor, Montague, Richard Knox, 96, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 6, 2024. Born in Heatherdale, PE, on December 28, 1927, son of the late William and Eliza (nee Frazier) Knox. Richard is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Janet (nee smith) Knox; children, Stephen (Beth) Knox, Carolyn Knox, Cheryl (Hal) Roche and Darlane Knox (Jocelyn Pemberton); eight cherished grandchildren; three adored great grandchildren. Predeceased by sisters and brothers, Isabelle Hayes (John) Thompson, (Lorna) Knox, Lily Maclean (John), Robert John Knox, James (Ethel) Knox. Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting hours on Friday, February 9th from 4 to 7 p.m. Funeral Service to take place in the funeral home Chapel on Saturday, February 10th at 11 a.m. Interment to take place at a later date.
