Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 of Sheila Bernard (nee Francis) of Rocky Point, age 68 years. Beloved wife of the late Reginald Bernard and dear mother of Sheri Bernard and Kelly Bernard (Neil). Also survived by her granddaughter Meiko Bernard; great grandchildren Ryder and Esme; sisters and brother, Shirley, Doreen, Vernon and Wendy and all members of the Bernard and Francis families. She was predeceased by her parents Arthur and Bertha (nee Lebobe) Francis; sisters Rita, Audrey, Jeannie and her brother, Joseph. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Tuesday, February 27, then transferred to St. Francis of Assisi Church for Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment later in St. Martin of Tours Cemetery, Cumberland.
