It is with great sadness that we announced the sudden passing of our beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Sid Wright, aged 60 years of Prince Edward Island, formerly of Brown Row, Stellarton, Nova Scotia, passed away peacefully at home in Charlottetown on Monday, February 19, 2024. Sid was a hyper kid and lived life. He loved being with his family, especially as he got older. His granddaughter Priya was his pride and joy. Sid is survived by his daughters; Kendol, and her mother Marie; Linda, Samantha and his granddaughters. He was survived also by his sisters Jean, Patty and brother; Alan. Sid also had 7 nephews 3 nieces and many great-nephews, great-nieces and many friends. Sid was predeceased by his parents; Marie and Eric Wright, sister; Honey, brothers; Raymond, Jimmy and Eric jr., nephews; Mark and Mike and twins at birth. Sid lived in Ole King Square, Charlottown, PEI where he had many friends, especially his friend of 10 years, Becky, who went above and beyond for Sid. Resting at Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home. Visitation will take place on Friday, February 23, 2024 from 6-9 p.m. No funeral service by request.
