With heavy hearts the family of Allan announces his passing which occurred at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre in Charlottetown on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at the age of 72. Predeceased by his father, Reginald Carr and brothers, Reginald Jr., infant brother, William, and Larry Carr. Survived by his mother, Elizabeth Carr; sisters, Debi MacInnis (Brian), Linda Carr, Arlene Lipton (George), Christena Holmes (Gregg) and Jennifer Cormier (Todd).
