It is with heavy hearts, and appreciation for a life well lived, the family of Edison Leo MacLeod, announces his peaceful passing which occurred on Sunday, March 17, 2024, at the Garden Home. Born in Murray Harbour, PE on September 5, 1928, he was the son of the late James and Miriam (Giddings) MacLeod. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his beloved wife, Margaret Louise (Emery) MacLeod; and his son, Monte. He is survived by his daughter, Cynthia MacLeod; daughter-in-law, Jackie; cherished grandchildren, John, Daniel (Jamie), Donald (Joelle), Kyle (Ava) and Kelsey Chisholm. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home, from where his funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 23 at 2 p.m. Visitation from 1 p.m. until service time.
