Peacefully, surrounded by her family, at Beach Grove Nursing Home on Saturday, March 23, 2024, of Melda MacBeth of New Dominion, age 75 years. Beloved wife of the late Colin MacBeth and loving mother of John (Kelly), Mark (Loralee) and Scott (Dana). Granny to Ethan, Matthew, Isaac, Audrey, Seth, Morgan, Alyssa, Brooke, Hattie and Henry. Sister of Mary Hawley, Margaret (Wes) Collicutt, Loring (Judy) Rayner and Bob (Bev) Rayner. Sister-in-law of Barb MacBeth, Nell (Garth) Mallett and Pearle (Reverend Dave) Howell. Predeceased by her parents Jabez (JL) Rayner and Margaret Hazel Pickering, brother-in-law Reverend Gordon MacBeth, and brother-in-law Jim Hawley. The family extends their thanks to Beach Grove Home for their care and compassion. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. A graveside service will be held in New Dominion United Church Cemetery at a later date.
