The death occurred peacefully, with family by his side, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospita, in Charlottetown, on Monday, March 18, 2024, of Robert “Bob” Stevenson, beloved husband of Noreen Stevenson (Shaw), of North Winsloe, aged 78. Bob was the loving father of Donna Curtis (Theophilus) and Bobby Stevenson (Michele); and cherished grandfather of Cassie-Lynne, Connie, Blake and Cole. He is also survived by his siblings, Lorne Stevenson, Elizabeth Stevenson (David Storey), Elaine MacPherson (Exton) and Ruth Morrow (Brian); as well as numerous other nieces, nephews and friends. Bob was predeceased by his parents, Nelson and Reta (Smith) Stevenson; brother, Wayne; parents-in-law, Jack and Cassie Shaw; beloved nephew, Guy Stevenson; and sister-in-law, Margie. Resting at Central Queen’s Funeral Home, New Glasgow, for visitation on Thursday, March 21, 2024, from 5-7 p.m. The funeral will be held at Winsloe United Church on Friday, March 22, 2024, at 11 a.m. Interment at a later date in Winsloe South Cemetery.
