The death occurred peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Saturday, March 30, 2024, of Clarence Cecil MacKenzie of West River, age 90 years. Father of Carl (Christine) MacKenzie , Rickie (Lea) MacKenzie and Ambre (Darren) Tawil. Grandfather of Coady, MacKenzie, Tia, and Tanisha Tawil, Carlye, Dennis and Riley MacKenzie. Brother of Earl "Buddy" (Doreen) and Marilyn MacLeod (Arnold) Clarence was predeceased by his lifelong love Dorothy (Corbett) MacKenzie; by his parents, Dan and Pearl (MacLean) MacKenzie; and by his brothers Carl and John "Jack" MacKenzie. Resting at the Belvedere Funeral Home and by request of Clarence there will be no public viewing or funeral. A private family ceremony will take place at a later date.
