Fisher, Anne Marie Born Sept. 12, 1952, peacefully passed away surrounded by family at her bedside on June 25, 2024. Anne was a vibrant and adventurous spirit, known for her love of traveling, particularly to the beautiful Dominican Republic. Anne was well known for spending time in the kitchen preparing her famous homemade spider cookies and fudge. Anne was predeceased by her loving parents, Kathleen and Fred Kenny, as well as her dear sisters, Elaine, Jean, Norma and brother Jimmy. She is survived by her cherished sister and best friend Joan McQuaid, and her beloved children Mark Fisher (Shona) and twin boys, Jeffrey and Bradley Heron (Katelyn). Anne is also survived by her only grandchild Cash Fisher, and amazingly devoted friend Angela Gallant and her daughter Audrey Gallant. Anne's zest for life and her passion for exploring new places brought joy and many amazing (almost unbelievable) stories to those around her. She will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the indelible mark she left on the hearts of her family and friends. A celebration of Anne's life will be held at the Upton Room West Royalty Community Centre on Friday, June 28 between 7-9 p.m., honouring her legacy and the love she shared with those fortunate enough to know her.
