MacMillan, Charles Wayne The death occurred suddenly at Thamesville, ON, Saturday, June 22, 2024, of Charles Wayne MacMillan of Ingersoll, ON, age 68 years. Born on December 13, 1955, he was the son of the late Erskine and Marion (nee Campbell) MacMillan. Loving father to Dr. Alison MacMillan and her husband Jason Arsenault, of Vancouver, BC. Dear brother to Bonnie (Jimmy) Matthews, of Montrose, Betty MacMillan, of Calgary, Marsia Carroll, of Charlottetown, and Susan Carroll, of Charlottetown. He is also survived by the mother of his children, Karen Aylward, of Charlottetown. Wayne is also remembered by his nieces and nephews, Krystal (Jason) Hackett, Jeremy (Alena) Matthews, Kandace Matthews, Darcie MacMillan, Riley MacMillan, Cameron MacMillan, and Kai MacMillan. He is also survived by his great-nieces and nephew. He was predeceased by his son, Greg MacMillan; and by his birth mother, Donilda (Ron) Hughes. Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home and Chapel, Alberton. Visiting hours Monday 4-7 p.m. Funeral Tuesday morning from the E. Gerald Rooney Memorial Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment to take place in the Elmsdale Church of the Nazarene Cemetery.
