Born in Charlottetown, he is the son of Doreen Huggan (nee Marshall) and the late Douglas Huggan. Loving partner of Sylvia MacQuarrie. Dear father of Tracy Huggan, Daryl (Tracy), Cathy(Mitchell), Craig (Cora). Step-daughter, Lori MacKinnon. Lester is survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Step-brother of Harold, Barry, Wendy and Donna. Predeceased by his step-father, Thomas Bambrick, step-brother, Wayne Davies; and step-son, Alan MacQuarrie. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home.
