Carruthers, Richard Alan "Dick" October 29, 1947 – July 20, 2024 It is with sadness that we announce the death of Richard (Dick) Carruthers on July 20, 2024, at the Garden Home in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Dick was born on October 29, 1947 in Fredericton, NB. He is survived by his loving wife, Linda (Alteen) and their daughter, Lisa (Joe) Puccia of Whitby, ON; only grandson, Logan; brothers, Barry (Pam) and Hugh (Fumiko), brothers-in-law, Fred (June), George (Vera Lynn), Paul and John (Anna Marie); in addition to numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Donald and Helen Carruthers of Charlottetown. Resting at the Belvedere Funeral Home where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 27th. Visitation will take place 10 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment will take place at the St. Peter's Cathedral Cemetery.
