Bernard, Sister Hermine CND The death occurred peacefully at Andrews of Charlottetown, on Wednesday July 24, 2024 of Sister Hermine Bernard, CND (Sister Bernard of the Angels ). She was born in Mont Carmel PEI on December 18, 1937 to her parents Antonin and Emma (Cormier) Bernard. Sister Hermine will be lovingly remembered by her sisters, Maria and Leona; sisters-in-law, Florence and Cecile; brothers, Adrian, and Amand (Marie); her many nieces and nephews; as well as grand nieces and nephews and her Congregation of Notre Dame Sisters. She was predeceased by her parents, Antonin and Emma; her sisters, Sister Rita, NDSC, Freda, Marguerite; brothers, Ernest, Leonce, and Ronald; sister-in-law, Claire; brothers-in-law, Joseph, Robert, and Isidore. Resting at Hennessey Cutcliffe funeral home where visitation will be held Sunday July 28, 2024 from 2-4 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday July 29, 2024 10:30 a.m. at St. Pius X Church, where the celebrant will be Father Robert Coady.
