Born in Summerside January 15, 1954, son of the late Leonard and Evelyn "Bobby" (Arsenault) Kelly. Father of Patrick (Shawna) Kelly. Grandfather of Connor and Tori. Partner of Kathy Bureaux and her children, Tina Fraser (Davey Rector), Chole Fraser (Andrew) and Scott Fraser-deceased. Brother-in-law of Norma Costain and Karen Kelly. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers, John David Kelly, Richard Kelly and Donnie Kelly; sister, Lisa Arsenault. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Friday from 1-2:45 p.m. followed by the funeral in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 3 p.m. which will be available to view online.
