O'Brien, John Patrick "Pat" The family is sad to announce the death, which occurred at St. Joseph Hospital Toronto, ON on Thursday, September 12, 2024, of John Patrick (Pat) O'Brien of Toronto, formerly of South Lake, PEI, age 75 years. Father of Steve and Chris, Toronto. Survived by his siblings, Herbie Williams, ( Delores) Barb (Jimmy) Clinton, Wilfred (Eleanor), Cathy (Frank) MacInnis, Margie (Pat) O'Connor and Eric. Fondly remembered by grandchildren; nieces; nephews; beloved Godson, Brandon O'Brien; and special cousins, Clair, Jaymie and Solan of Toronto. The family would like to acknowledge the special care provided to Pat by Clair over the last number of years. Predeceased by his parents, Henry and Margaret O'Brien; brother, Joey and wife Annie Williams; brother-in-law, Gussie; and sister-in-law, Donna O'Brien.
