Gillan, Marjorie, Mary The death occurred at the Riverview Manor on September 07, 2024 of Marjorie Mary Gillan, (nee Trainor), formerly of Peakes Road. Survived by her children, Barry Gillan (Linda), Linda Gillan Young (Garrie), Maureen MacEwen (Doug), and Kenny Gillan (Dorine). Loving grandmother to Andrew (Avery), Daniel (Danielle), Nicholas (Vicki), Chris (Susan), Lindsey (Jared), Kaitlin (Pete), Micayla (Josh), Sarah (Ben), Jamie (Jaylisa), Kyle (Emma) and Kelsey. She will be also sadly missed by her 20 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband, James; her parents, Joseph and Mayme; her brother, Gerard (Rose) and adopted sister, Elaine (Hans); as well as numerous extended family members from the Trainor and Gillan families. Resting at St. Cuthbert's Roman Catholic Church, St. Teresa, for visitation on Friday, September 20, 2024 from 5:30 - 8 p.m. Funeral mass to be held at the church on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made in Marjorie's memory to the Arthritis Society PEI Division, Diabetes Canada, or to the Canadian Cancer Society of PEI. Arrangements have been entrusted to North Shore Funeral Home, Morell.
