CSM, Walsh, Sister Emily Peacefully, at home in the Mount Community Care Community, on Monday, September 16, 2024, of Sister Emily Walsh, aged 85 years. Fondly remembered by her Martha Sisters; her sister, Doris (Paddy) Simmons; her brothers, Joe and Peter (Deborah); and her sister-in-law, Mary Lou Walsh. She was predeceased by her parents, Earl and Agnes Walsh; her brothers, Bernard and John; and her sister, Eleanor Jay. Resting at the Mount Continuing Care Chapel for visitation on Thursday, September 19, from 1-3 p.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at 3 p.m. Interment in the Sisters of St. Martha Cemetery. Special appreciation to her Sisters and the Mount Continuing Care staff who cared for Sister Emily. Arrangements entrusted to the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home.
