Gallant, Anna May The death occurred peacefully at her residence on October 9, 2024, of Anna May Gallant, aged 79 years. Born in St. Edwards, PE, she was the daughter of the late William Ernest and Mary Irene (Laviolette) Gallant. Survived by her daughter "Betty" Ann Gallant; and four grandchildren, Marie, Dawn (Branden), Blaine and Elaine Gallant. Also survived by special great-granddaughters, Martina and Shianne Gallant; and eleven other great-grandchildren. Remembered by her sisters Shirley, Eva, and Brenda; and her brothers, Reggie and Clayton. Predeceased by a sister, Mary Rose and by her brothers, Joseph, Ernie, Alfred, and Irving. Resting at East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd, Summerside, then to St. Peter's Catholic Church, Seven Mile Bay on Tuesday, October 15th, for a funeral mass at 2:30 p.m. Interment to follow in the church cemetery. Visiting hours at the funeral home chapel on October 15, 2024, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the Seven Mile Bay Church fund would be greatly appreciated.
