Finlayson, Debra "Elaine" The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by family, at the Provincial Palliative Care Unit, Charlottetown on October 19, 2024, of Debra "Elaine" Finlayson of Charlottetown. Age 69. Lovingly remembered by sons, Clay (Gayle) Perry, and Dean Perry; grandchildren, Colton (Taylor) Perry, Destiny Perry, Dylan, Gavin and Taylor; great grandchild, Laine Perry; brother, Allison Finlayson; sisters, Judy Finlayson, and Brenda (John) Livingstone; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by special partner, Charles Chandler; parents, Vernon and Marion (Saunders) Finlayson; brothers, Donnie and Leroy Finlayson; and nephew, Carl Finlayson. Resting at the Southern Kings and Queens Funeral Home, Murray River. As per her wishes, there will be no visitation, funeral service or burial.
