Smith, Glenwood Charles February 12, 1944 - October 24, 2024 Passed peacefully on October 24, 2024 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in his 81st year with his family by his side. Beloved husband of Nancy Rattray Smith and dear father of Bobbi-Jo (Barry Reilly) and Cyndie (Glenn Warford). Glenwood will be deeply missed by his Fur Buddy Maxi, as well by his three grandchildren, Steven (Jenny) Carley and Sadie Grace and two step granddaughters, Hailie and Savannah Warford. Sisters and brothers, Penny Moffatt, Wayne (Dail), Dale (Cecil) Hurry, Cindy Thistle, Kerry (Sherri); and sister-in-law, Karen Smith and Tracey Gunn (Rob); and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his loving first wife, Sadie Mae (MacDonald) Smith. Parents, Douglas Barton Smith and Vera Margaret (Jenkins) Smith; brothers, Fred and Shawn; sisters-in-law, Audrey Smith, Ann Smith; and brothers-in-law, Ray Taylor, Clifford Moffatt, and John Thistle. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Funeral Home. No visitation as per personal request. Interment and graveside service on Saturday, October 26 at Sherwood Cemetery at 11 a.m. Family and friends welcomed.
