He loved slipping into his clown costume to entertain kids with his magic tricks and balloon making skills. He brought smiles to many kids and families over the years. He loved all animals and had a special touch for growing vegetable gardens and flowers. Last, but not least, he loved the hot sun on his face and fresh air in his lungs. Kendal was a long time member of the Philae Shriners, the Masonic Lodge H&L Lodge #3, Summerside, and Saint John's Lodge #1 in Charlottetown. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and all the staff at the Provincial Palliative Care for their excellent care given to their Dad. They brightened his day, made him laugh, and helped keep his spirits high even when the days were tough. Kendal also enjoyed the community spirit of several special friends in his apartment building. Many thanks to all those friends who kept him company, played cards, and watched over him.
