Shepherd, Lloyd Leonard Peacefully and surrounded by family at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Saturday, October 5, 2024, the death occurred of Lloyd Leonard Shepherd of Charlottetown, age 89 years. Loving father of Lyle (Karen), Leonard (Michelle), Lynn MacDonald (Stephen), Karen McGuigan (Ivan), Todd and Trent (Karen). Cherished by grandchildren, Michael Shepherd (Amy), Rebecca Shepherd (Darren), Amy MacDonald (Lindon), Derek Corrigan (Rebecca), Leah Corrigan (Nick), TJ Shepherd (Catherine), Kaitlind Shepherd, Nick Shepherd, Bria Shepherd and Nathan Molyneaux. Also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Brother of Earl (Carol) and Bonnie Baynes. Predeceased by his wife, Erma (Gallant); his son, Lindsay; and siblings, Benny, Mary, Deli, Ralph, Frank, Helen, Jack and Eddie. Lloyd is also predeceased by his special friend, Edwina Garnhum. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford for visiting hours on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, from 4-7 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, from St Pius X Parish at 10 a.m. Interment will take place in the Roman Catholic Cemetery.
