Connolly, Paul "Buff" David Peacefully, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 of Paul "Buff" Connolly of Charlottetown, age 81 years. Beloved husband of Pamela Stewart. Loving father of Kelly Connolly (Irving Flemming), Matthew Connolly (Jodi Yukobowski), Steven Stewart (Kelly), Scott Stewart (Jill) and Shawn Stewart (Angela Young). Proud "Grumpy Grampy" to Sammi Flemming and "Buff" to Evan, Sam, Avery, Emma Hannah, Annabelle and Cole. Paul is also survived by his brother, Bernard Connolly (Claire dec.); sister, Cathy (Brian) Gaudette; and sister-in-law, Rosalie Connolly (Pat dec.) He will also be lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, John J. and Anna (nee. Handrahan) Connolly; and sister and brother-in-law, Anne (John B.) MacDonald. Resting at Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 11, 2024, in the Funeral Home Chapel at 3 p.m. Visitation also on Friday beginning at 1 p.m. until the time of service.
