Arsenault, Irène It's with love and heavy hearts, that we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Irène Mary Arsenault (née Bernard). God called her home on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at the beautiful age of 91. She lovingly raised, with her late husband Tilmon, a family of 11 children: Dianne (late Elmer), Jeannette (Eldon), Eunice (Don) MacIntyre, Gérald (Cécile), Nicole (Stevin), Ronald (Ruth), Marcella (Brian) Profitt, Michel, Jules (Tracy), Daniel and Donna. We will miss her welcoming smile, her sweet voice and her gentle demeanour. Irene truly valued the time also spent with her 16 grandchildren and her 14 great grandchildren. They were all very special to her. A special thank you to the Chez-Nous staff and to the PCH staff for the care and compassion they showed our mother during her time there. Survived by the following brothers and sisters, Melvin (Angèle and late Doris), Florence (Ewen) MacKinnon, Raymond (Rita), Julien (Corinne), Thérèse (late Lionel) Arsenault, Patricia (late Earl) Perry, Alcide (Alvina), Marcel (Jeannita) and Claudette (John) Arsenault; and in-laws, Benny (Lila), Angèle (Melvin and late Martin), Clara (late Paul), Annie (Franky) Arsenault. Predeceased by her sister, Alice (late Alfred) Richard; brothers, Paul (Clara) and Roger; and in-laws, Freddie (late Bernice), Gérard (late Della), Flora (late Eugene) Gallant, Melvin (Angèle and late Doris), Lionel (Thérèse) and Joe (Martina). We invite you all to join our family for a time of remembrance and appreciation on Friday, November 15, 2024, with visiting hours from 6-9 p.m. at the Evangeline Funeral Home, 900, Rte 124, Urbainville, PE. A Catholic celebration funeral will be held in her honour on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Notre Dame du Mont-Carmel, Mont-Carmel at 10:30 a.m..
