MacLeod-Hepburn, Irene Ola Peacefully, at Whisperwood Villa on Thursday, November 21, 2024 of Irene Ola MacLeod-Hepburn (nee. MacEachern), age 101 years. She was born to her late parents; Samuel and Henrietta (nee. Henderson) MacEachern in Newark, New Jersey on April 7, 1923 and then spent the majority of her life raising her family in New Argyle, PEI Irene was the loving mother to Joan Kerr (Glendon dec.), Winfield MacLeod (Debbie), and Angela MacLeod-Murphy (Donald) and step-mother to Charlie Hepburn (Bong) and Catherine Hepburn (dec.) Irene was also a loving Nannie to her six granddaughters; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandson. She will also be lovingly remembered by her sister, Laverne Brown; daughter-in-law, Elsie MacLeod (Clinton) as well as her several nieces and nephews in Canada and the US. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husbands, Roy MacLeod and James Hepburn; as well as her son, Clinton MacLeod; brothers, Russell and William MacEachern; sister, Louise Rafuse; and infant sister, Louise. Resting at Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held at on Monday, November 25, 2024 at12 p.m in the Funeral Home Chapel. Visiting hours will also be held on Monday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service. Interment to follow in the St. Catherine's Pioneer Cemetery.
